Probably what's happening is that you need to make a username that's all one word ("kristenbealer" instead of "Kristen Bealer"), then you can set your display name in your profile later to whatever you want it to be. |

Yup, that did it. Thanks for pointing that out--I kept going over and over it, trying to figure out where the non a-z or 0-9 character was. Didn't occur to me that "space" might be included in the forbidden characters.  Kristen |
